Shipping & Delivery
After your items is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your reference. If you are a registered customer you can also login to your account and find your tracking number in your order details.
Buyers will need to pay additional delivery charges when packages are return to us due to incomplete/wrong address given or non collection from the post offices within the stipulated time.
Please provide us with a complete shipping address.
Shipping Time line
For singapore delivery item will arrive to you within 2 to 3 working days.
Pre-Order Items: Please make payment only after we confirmed your ordered items are available in stock. We will send a confirmation email to you within 1 or 2 days after received your order. Your order will only be ordered once we receive full payment.
Your order will be placed to our supplier after the monthly pre-order closing date. Hence, only clients with patience are welcomed to pre-order. The duration for the delivery to buyer is estimated around 3 to 4 weeks from the time we placed orders to our supplier.
In Stock + Pre-Order Items: If your order included both In Stock and Pre-Order items, your items will arrive to you based on Pre-Order time line.
