Returns & Replacements
- Please check your item clearly when arrived. If broken, please inform us within 2 days after you received of goods. Or we will not be responsible after 2 days.
Product can be returns/replacements only for valid reason like：
- The item have a very clear hole
- Dirty mark that cannot be clean.
- Size matter, for example pant with different length one short or one long.
- Zip broken
We DO NOT ALLOW returns/replacements to be made due to the following circumstance:
Color : Due to the setting of monitor, color might slightly difference with the picture.
Size : Please check carefully with the measurement list whether it is fix. If buyer could not fit, it CANNOT be a reason for return.
Product not delivery on time : There are many reason that would cause the delivery delay, the estimated time line we provide here are the estimate for the normal delivery time line without any interruption on delivery process.
Weekend and public holiday no delivery service, therefore if your payment clear before Friday 4pm, the items will arrive to you on the next Tuesday.
