Ordering
- For registered retails customer, items that has been added to shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 24 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the items would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.
- Merchandise prices are non-negotiable.
- For out-of-stock item(s), full payment will be refunded.
- Once the payment was made, order can not be changed or cancelled. Please think carefully before you order.
- If your order included both In Stock and Pre-Order items, your items will arrive to you based on Pre-Order time line. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
- Pre-Order ItemsPlease make payment only after we confirmed your ordered items are available in stock. We will send a confirmation email to you within 1 or 2 days after received your order. Your order will only be placed once we receive full payment. Your order will be placed to our supplier after the monthly pre-order closing date. Hence, only clients with patience are welcomed to pre-order. The duration for the delivery to buyer is estimated around 3 to 4 weeks from the time we placed orders to our supplier.
